About this programme:

The DHL Human Resources Graduate Programme provides our graduates with placement opportunities in a broad range of different environments within both site and functional HR teams.  Our people bring with them a diverse range of skills and experience, and as a HR function we aim to draw on this talent to create the best we can be.  Our ambition is for an HR organisation that seamlessly connects to the business, generating a trust-based partnership and inspiring others.  Our Graduate Programme is a key part of this ambition.

During your programme, you may undertake positions within HR Generalist roles where you support a certain area of the business, or  in HR Specialist roles where you are focused on one particular function such as Talent, or be involved in large scale HR projects which you support and manage.

Working within fast paced sites and environments, you will receive regular performance feedback to help develop your management skills and personal development planning. Supported by ‘on the job’ training and formal workshops, you will also receive support for studying your CIPD professional qualification.
