JONATHAN O'HARA
- Degree in Geography from University of Nottingham
- Previously worked for DHL as Warehouse Operative on major retail contract
- Joined the Graduate Program in September 2009
- 2nd placement – Shift Manager, M&S West Thurrock – managing people & productivity. Worked directly with the customer on a project to deliver efficiencies
JAMES TOOZE
- Degree in Popular Music from University of Gloucestershire
- Became interested in a career in Logistics after working as a Warehouse Operative
- Joined the Graduate Program in September 2009
- 2nd placement – Project Co-ordinator, Industrial – worked on a new customer implementation, delivering an operational plan for warehouse consolidation and process mapping for the transport function
Marina Stansenko
- Degree in Ukrainian & East European Studies from University College London
- Is fluent in English, Russian & Ukrainian
- Joined the Graduate Program in September 2009
- 1st placement – Quality Management Support FLM, JD Wetherspoons – involved in a number of different process improvement projects
NICOLE BARLOW
- Degree in Management Sciences from Loughborough University
- Previously worked as a Logistics Analyst for part of degree which encouraged her to pursue a career in Logistics
- Joined the Graduate Program in September 2009
- 2nd placement – Mothercare – FLM – working in both warehouse and transport, managing warehouse colleagues, and resource planning
Dan Cunningham
- Degree in Business Management from University of Birmingham
- Previously worked for a recruitment agency as Contract Manager – working on a DHL site
- Joined the Graduate Program in September 2009
- 1st placement – Marketing team, UKIFEEMEA – focusing on internal comms and developing new communication tools
Zoe Miller
- Degree in Management Studies & Spanish from University of Leeds
- Spent a year working in Spain & Chile as part of University degree
- Joined the Graduate Program in September 2009
- 2nd placement – Procurement NHS Supply Chain – managing a business development project in Managed Equipment Services
Dan Ellerton
- First joined DHL in 1990 on the Graduate Program
- Current position - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mainland Europe for the Supply Chain business
- Career has taken him around the world, across industry sectors and different roles to current position
- Continues to wholeheartedly support the Graduate Program
