Training & Development

During the Graduate Program you will be provided with all the necessary tools to build a successful management career with DHL. Alongside the 'on the job' training in each placement, you will undertake a series of workshops aimed at developing people management and technical skills such as project management and presenting skills. You will be supported by regular performance feedback, guided by an experienced mentor on shaping your career with DHL and utlise the ‘buddy’ system, if required.

In addition to the workshops, you also get involved in a community project. This gives you the chance to put your newly developed skills into practice and strengthen your networks with fellow graduate colleagues whilst giving something back to the community in which we work. Feedback from our current graduates shows that this is a challenging yet rewarding experience.
