Finance Program

The DHL Finance Graduate Program is supported by the Express, Global Forwarding and Supply Chain businesses, all of whom will be providing placement opportunities for graduates.

The program offers broad experience in a range of structured placements and different environments within both site and regional Finance teams. Placements might include working in a variety of roles such as Finance Assistant, Business Analyst and Finance Manager.

Those successful graduates selected will be supported to study for ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW professional qualifications.

Duration

3 years (starting September 2012).

Program Structure

Three placements of 12 months within different and varied areas of Finance.

Location

Currently only available in various locations across the UK.

Rewards & Benefits

Applies to UK only - £25,000 starting salary with 25 days holiday plus additional benefits. Salary will be reviewed annually against performance and progression.

Training & Development

Management skills training throughout the placements including a community project
Support towards completing professional qualification - CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW.

Entry Requirements

Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in Finance or Business related subject
Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the program
Geographically flexible
Hold a valid driving licence
Must be fluent in English.

Process

The first step is to complete an online application. If your application is successful you will be invited to complete online tests, a short telephone interview and finally a one day assessment centre.
