Human Resources Program
DHL employs over 470,000 employees globally and our Human Resources teams play a key part in ensuring employees are fully supported and developed to guarantee the business runs smoothly. The DHL Human Resources Graduate Program offers a broad experience in varied roles and a range of structured placements within both site and regional HR teams. Placements might focus on employee relations, diversity, resourcing, talent management or training and development.
Those successful graduates selected will be supported to study for a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) professional qualification.
Duration
3 years (starting September 2012).
Program Structure
Three placements of 12 months within different and varied areas of HR.
Location
Currently only available in various locations across the UK.

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Rewards & Benefits
Applies to UK only - £24,000 starting salary with 25 days holiday plus additional benefits. Salary will be reviewed annually against performance and progression.
Training & Development
- Management skills training throughout the placements including a community project
- Support towards completing professional CIPD qualification.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in HR or related subject
- Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the program
- Geographically flexible
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Must be fluent in English.
Process
The first step is to complete an online application. If your application is successful you will be invited to complete online tests, a short telephone interview and finally a one day assessment centre.
