Human Resources Program
The DHL Human Resources Graduate Program is a brand new introduction this year and will therefore only be available within the UK for the intake joining in 2010.
It offers broad experience in varied roles and a range of structured placements within both site and regional office teams, which might include focus on employee relations, diversity, resourcing, talent management or training and development.
Those successful graduates selected will be supported to study for a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) professional qualification.
Duration
3 years.
Program Structure
Three different twelve month placements based within a variety of business areas and locations.
Location
Currently only available in various locations across the UK as new introduction for 2010.
Professional Qualification
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Rewards and Benefits
Applies to UK only - Starting salary in Year 1 (to be confirmed) with 25 days holiday plus other benefits. Salary will be reviewed annually against performance and progression.
Training & Development
Management skills training throughout the placements including a community project.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in HR or Business related subject
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Geographically flexible
- Hold a valid driving licence
Process
The first step is to complete an online application. If you are successful in each stage of our process you will be invited to progress which includes on line tests and an assessment centre.
