The Story
Operations Program
The DHL Operations Graduate Program provides a solid foundation for a progressive and varied career within a dynamic global organization.
It offers broad experience in a range of structured placements across a variety of sites, which might include working with customers within retail, healthcare or technology industries.
Those successful graduates selected will be supported to develop their skills to ensure early responsibility and fast progression into operational management roles such as Transport Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager or Contract Compliance Manager.
Duration
18 months.
Program Structure
Three different six month placements based in a variety of sites
Location
Based in UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Entry Requirements
- Degree educated, any discipline considered
- Eligibility to work in the country/location applying to
- Hold a valid driving licence for the country applying to
- Geographically flexible.
Process
The first step is to complete an online application. If you are successful in each stage of our process you will be invited to progress which includes on line tests and an assessment centre.
